The invention discloses a broadband green luminescent fluorescent ceramic and a preparation method thereof, the chemical formula of the fluorescent ceramic is Ca (Y1-xCex) 2HfAl4O12, x is the molar percentage coefficient of Ce < 3 + > doped and substituted Y < 3 + >, and x is more than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.03. The preparation method comprises the following steps: calcining by adopting a mixed solution method to obtain white mixed powder, and carrying out solid-phase sintering to obtain the fluorescent ceramic. Compared with a traditional preparation process, the high-efficiency fluorescent material is directly prepared without annealing treatment, the spectral width of the fluorescent material reaches 120 nm, and the fluorescent material has high temperature stability, good lighting effect and wide application prospects.
本发明公开了一种宽带绿色发光荧光陶瓷及其制备方法,该荧光的化学式为Ca(Y1‑xCex)2HfAl4O12,其中x为Ce3+掺杂取代Y3+的摩尔百分比系数,0.01≤x≤0.03。先采用混合溶液法煅烧得到白色混合粉体,再固相烧结制备得到荧光陶瓷。与传统制备工艺相比,本发明无需退火处理,直接制备出高效能的荧光材料,该荧光材料光谱宽度达到120nm,且具有较高的温度稳定性,照明效果好,应用前景大。
