Method for producing ferrozirconium red pigment for ceramic ink from fused zirconia
The invention relates to the field of preparation of ceramic ink, and discloses a method for producing a ferrozirconium red pigment for ceramic ink from fused zirconia, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing zircon sand and a modifier; s2, smelting the mixture to completely melt the mixture, and drying hollow particles for later use after quenching; s3, grinding the melt until the melt meets the requirements for later use; s4, carrying out modified desilicication treatment on the ground melt powder; and S5, mixing and grinding the obtained powder and other raw materials of ferrozirconium red, heating and calcining, and preserving heat to obtain the ferrozirconium red pigment. The color difference value of the ferrozirconium red pigment prepared by the method is close to that of a chemical zirconium standard pigment, and due to the improvement of the color development effect, the prepared ferrozirconium red pigment can be used for preparing ceramic ink, so that a ceramic product presents brighter and more uniform red after being fired, and the attraction and market competitiveness of the product are improved.
