The invention discloses an assembly type precast concrete slab pavement applied to a soft soil area. The assembly type precast concrete slab pavement comprises a soft soil layer, and a foundation soil layer, a sand cushion layer and a precast slab layer are sequentially laid on the soft soil layer from bottom to top; wherein the precast slab layer comprises a plurality of first precast slabs and second precast slabs, a water guide unit is arranged on the precast slab layer, and the foundation soil layer and the sand cushion layer are laid on the soft soil layer to form a foundation ground, so that the situation that the bottom of the precast slab layer is suspended and fractures after the precast slab layer is rolled by a heavy vehicle in the later use process can be reduced; meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the water guide units between the prefabricated slab layers, it can be prevented that a large amount of rainwater enters the sand cushion from connecting gaps of the prefabricated slab layers and then leaks into the foundation soil layer and the soft soil layer in rainy days, deformation of the base layer laid on the lower layer due to water seepage is caused, and the service life of the foundation layer is prolonged. And therefore, the supporting condition is worse.
本发明公开了一种应用于软土区的装配式预制混凝土板路面,包括软土层,所述软土层上依次从下至上铺设有基土层、砂垫层以及预制板层;其中,所述预制板层包括:多个第一预制板和第二预制板,所述预制板层上设置有导水单元,通过在软土层上铺设基土层和砂垫层构为基地面可减少后期使用过程中被重车碾压后预制板层底部出现悬空而导致断裂的情况出现,以提供良好的临时支撑条件,同时,通过预制板层之间的导水单元的设置,可防止雨天情况下,大量的雨水从预制板层的连接缝隙处,进入砂垫层,进而渗漏至基土层、软土层,从而导致因渗水致下层铺设的基层发生形变,从而致使支撑条件变差的情况出现。
