The invention discloses a method for arranging a tower crane foundation and a tower crane foundation structure, and relates to the technical field of construction buildings. The bottom plate structure is installed on the latticed columns of the multiple foundation pit supporting piles; the multiple supporting steel pipes are installed on the bottom plate structure, and the multiple transverse steel pipes and the multiple longitudinal steel pipes are bound to the multiple supporting steel pipes to form a supporting structure; the first formwork is installed at the top end of the supporting structure; supporting profile steel is welded to the latticed columns, the supporting profile steel is installed above the first formwork, and a tower crane foundation section is welded to the supporting profile steel; reinforcing steel bars are bound on the latticed columns to form a foundation reinforcing steel bar structure, and the foundation reinforcing steel bar structure is installed above the supporting profile steel; and concrete is poured to the first formwork, the tower crane foundation section and the foundation steel bar structure to form the tower crane foundation. By means of the method for arranging the tower crane foundation, the latticed columns of the foundation pit supporting piles can be fully utilized, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction time is shortened.
