The invention discloses a basement water-resistant plate reinforcing method. The basement water-resistant plate is reinforced under the conditions that the underground water level is high and the height of the basement is limited, a reinforcement treatment scheme combining resisting and draining is adopted, on one hand, holes are drilled in the position of the original damaged basement water-resistant plate for pressure relief, the pressure of underground water on the water-resistant plate is thoroughly released, and then a hydrophobic layer is laid on the original water-resistant plate; uniformly discharging the discharged underground water to a water collecting pit; due to the fact that the water pressure is removed, the reinforcing requirement can be met only by adding the water-resistant plate with the small thickness on the original water-resistant plate.
