According to the material supplementing device, the material supplementing function is achieved through stretching out and drawing back of a power assisting assembly and power assisting under overload, and the dust removing function is achieved by driving a duckbilled opening draught fan and the power assisting assembly to slide up and down through a material supplementing sliding block.
