The invention discloses a rotating structure and a detachable hinge comprising the same. The rotating structure comprises an upper pipe, a lower pipe, an elastic piece, a core, two gaskets and a plurality of balls. Wherein the side surfaces of the upper pipe and the lower pipe are provided with mounting holes for assembling the blades along the length direction of the upper pipe and the lower pipe; gaskets are respectively welded at two ends of the upper pipe, and a sunken part is formed at the lower end of the upper pipe; the upper part of the core is slightly smaller than the lower part; the lower part of the core can be sleeved in the lower tube; the elastic sheet is sleeved on the core and cannot be separated from the lower part of the core; the upper part of the core penetrates through center holes of the two gaskets, so that a walking rail is formed between the concave part and the core; a plurality of balls are arranged in the walking rail; the gasket at the top end of the upper pipe is welded and fixed to the core, and the elastic pieces block the balls in the walking rail. According to the rotating structure and the hinge thereof, abrasion generated between the upper pipe and the lower pipe in the using process can be avoided, the friction force of the elastic pieces in the using process is reduced, and the rotating structure and the hinge thereof can meet higher using requirements.
