The rotating structure comprises an upper pipe, a middle pipe, a lower pipe, six gaskets, two elastic pieces, a core and a plurality of balls. The side faces of the upper pipe, the middle pipe and the lower pipe are each provided with an installation hole in the length direction of the installation hole, gaskets are assembled and welded at the two ends of each of the upper pipe, the middle pipe and the lower pipe, and concave parts are formed at the two ends of the middle pipe; the upper pipe, the middle pipe and the lower pipe are sequentially arranged on the core through the center holes of the gaskets, so that two walking rails are respectively formed between the two concave parts and the core; a group of balls are arranged in each of the two walking rails; the two elastic pieces are installed on the core and located between the upper pipe and the middle pipe and between the middle pipe and the lower pipe respectively, and the two elastic pieces make contact with the two sets of balls respectively. And the upper pipe top end gasket and the lower pipe bottom end gasket are respectively welded and fixed with the core, so that the upper pipe and the lower pipe respectively extrude the two groups of balls in the walking rail through the two elastic sheets. According to the structure and the hinge thereof, friction force generated in the using process can be reduced, abrasion of the elastic piece in the using process is reduced, and the elastic piece can meet the higher using requirement.
