The invention provides a preparation method and application of graphene slurry, and belongs to the technical field of graphene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a graphene raw material, a polymer and deionized water into a charging barrel, and uniformly mixing to obtain graphene mixed slurry; and 2) putting zirconium beads with the diameter of 0.6-0.8 mm into a grinding cavity of a charging barrel, grinding the graphene mixed slurry in the step 1), taking out part of the ground slurry on time, freeze-drying, and testing XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) until the 002 peak is 2000, thereby obtaining the graphene slurry. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a graphene raw material with a polymer, and grinding with zirconium beads. Due to the addition of the high-molecular polymer, the interlamellar spacing of the graphite can be increased, and the high-molecular polymer can be adsorbed on the surface of the graphene to prevent re-agglomeration of the graphene, so that the graphene component slurry with relatively high concentration is obtained.
本发明提供了一种石墨烯浆料的制备方法及其应用,属于石墨烯技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:步骤1):将石墨烯原料与聚合物和去离子水加入料筒内混合均匀,得到石墨烯混合浆料;步骤2):采用直径为0.6‑0.8mm的锆珠置入料筒的研磨腔内,对步骤1)中的石墨烯混合浆料进行研磨,按时取出部分研磨浆料冷冻干燥后测试XRD,直至当002峰为2000时,获得石墨烯浆料。本发明通过将石墨烯原料与聚合物混合,并用锆珠进行研磨而得。高分子聚合物的加入不仅可以使石墨层间距增加,还能吸附在石墨烯表面,防止石墨烯的再次团聚,从而获得浓度较高的石墨烯分浆料。
