The anti-freezing hydraulic concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-380 parts of cement, 850-1000 parts of coarse aggregate, 600-700 parts of fine aggregate, 60-80 parts of mineral powder, 50-65 parts of fly ash, 15-20 parts of calcium formate, 6-10 parts of an anti-freezing enhancer, 3-5 parts of a synergistic anti-freezing agent, 6-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-8 parts of an air entraining agent and 170-200 parts of water, under the synergistic action of the anti-freezing reinforcing agent and the synergistic anti-freezing agent, the concrete produced by the invention not only has excellent anti-freezing performance, but also has excellent mechanical properties, and the quality of the concrete is effectively ensured.
