Anti-freezing concrete and preparation process thereof
The anti-freezing concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 to 240 parts of cement, 230 to 260 parts of coarse aggregate, 250 to 300 parts of fine aggregate, 190 to 220 parts of water, 20 to 30 parts of an adhesive, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 6 to 8 parts of an air entraining agent, 12 to 15 parts of lignocellulose and 30 to 40 parts of an anti-freezing additive. The anti-freezing additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of rice hull straw powder, 20-30 parts of rubber powder, 5-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 3-5 parts of sodium formate, 5-8 parts of ethylene glycol, 3-5 parts of calcium nitrite, 4-6 parts of nano silicon dioxide and 30-50 parts of water. The rice husk and straw powder is a powdery mixture formed by grinding crop rice husks and straws.
