The invention relates to high-content limestone metakaolin ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 429.6 parts of cement, 1074 parts of quartz sand, 157 parts of steel fiber, 43 parts of a superplasticizer, 0.54 part of a defoaming agent, 107.4-537 parts of limestone powder, 107.4-537 parts of metakaolin and 193 parts of water. According to the invention, limestone and metakaolin with a large mixing amount are mixed into the concrete, so that the use amount of cement can be obviously reduced, and carbon emission can be greatly reduced. A large amount of limestone is doped and matched with metakaolin, so that the flowability is greatly improved, and UHPC construction of engineering is facilitated; the carbon emission of the high-dosage UHPC is 24%-37% lower than that of the Ref group UHPC.
本发明涉及一种大掺量石灰石偏高岭土超高性能混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土按照重量份数计算,包括以下成分:429.6份水泥、1074份石英砂、157份钢纤维、43份高效减水剂、0.54份消泡剂、107.4‑537份石灰石粉、107.4‑537份偏高岭土和193份水。本发明中使用大掺量的石灰石、偏高岭土的掺入混凝土内,能明显降低水泥用量的使用,能够大幅度减少碳排放。大量石灰石的掺入配合偏高岭土使其流动性大大提升,有利于工程UHPC的施工;大掺量UHPC的碳排放量要比Ref组UHPC低24%‑37%。
