Modified plastic copper-plated steel fiber as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a modified plastic copper-plated steel fiber as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of mineral inorganic materials. The modified plastic copper-plated steel fiber is prepared by the following method: plating copper on the steel fiber; then the copper-plated steel fibers are subjected to structural shaping, so that the middle parts of the copper-plated steel fibers are wavy, and the two ends of the copper-plated steel fibers are forked; and soaking the molded copper-plated steel fiber in a phosphoric acid solution, and after soaking is finished, drying the molded copper-plated steel fiber to obtain the modified molded copper-plated steel fiber. After copper plating, structure shaping and phosphoric acid surface modification treatment, the bonding performance between the steel fibers and the UHPC is remarkably improved, and therefore the consistency and stability of the bone holding force of the steel fibers are improved. Meanwhile, the treatment method is simple and easy to operate, time and cost are saved, and production efficiency is improved.
