Modified fiber as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a modified fiber and a preparation method and application thereof.The modified fiber comprises a fiber matrix, a hydrophilic layer and a mineralized surface layer, the fiber matrix is coated with the hydrophilic layer, the hydrophilic layer is coated with the mineralized surface layer, and the mineralized surface layer contains silicate and silicon dioxide and is in an amorphous and/or microcrystalline form; the hydrophilic layer serving as a middle layer is beneficial to improving the combination degree with the other two layers and improving the overall structural stability of the modified fiber, and the mineralized surface layer belongs to an inorganic mineralized layer and can improve the compatibility of the modified fiber and a concrete material and promote interpenetration. The modified fiber is used in a concrete material, so that the mechanical strength, durability and microbial erosion resistance can be further improved. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing hydrophilic modification treatment on the surface of a fiber matrix, and forming a hydrophilic layer on the surface of the fiber matrix to obtain the hydrophilic fiber; a silicate raw material is subjected to deposition treatment on the surfaces of the hydrophilic fibers to form a mineralized surface layer wrapping the hydrophilic fibers.
