The invention discloses a preparation method of a multifunctional waterproof roll, a waterproof roll and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coating two sides of filament polyester base cloth with hot-melt polymer modified asphalt mastic to obtain a waterproof roll base body; and spreading a phase-change particle material on the surface of one side of the obtained waterproof roll substrate, and coating a polyethylene film on the surface of the other side to obtain the waterproof roll. The hot-melt polymer modified asphalt mastic comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix asphalt, 30-40 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane, 10-15 parts of a self-polarized piezoelectric material and 5-7 parts of carbon fiber powder. According to the thermoplastic polyurethane, polyhydroxybutadiene with the molecular weight of 2000-3000 is used as a soft segment, butanediol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate are used as hard segments, and the molar ratio of the polyhydroxybutadiene to the diphenylmethane diisocyanate to the butanediol is 1: 4: 3. According to the waterproof coiled material provided by the invention, the hot-melt polymer modified asphalt mastic component is used, and thermoplastic polyurethane in the hot-melt polymer modified asphalt mastic component has the characteristic that a soft phase and a hard phase are separated.
