According to the invention, the waste mineral oil is further treated and then is used for producing the softening oil, so that the comprehensive utilization capability of waste resources is greatly improved, and the purposes of protecting the environment, recycling solid wastes and harmlessly and effectively utilizing the solid wastes are achieved; in the preparation process of the waterproof coiled material, the softening oil is used as a solvent, asphalt can be softened and expanded, the acting force between molecules can be weakened, the asphalt can be fully dispersed under the action of stirring or grinding, a network cross structure is formed, and the anti-aging and flexible performance of the waterproof coiled material is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种防水卷材用软化油、防水卷材及制备方法,所述软化油的密度为0.85~1.00g/cm3,闪点≥210℃,倾点≤‑20℃,25℃旋转粘度100‑1000mpa.s,所述软化油中的挥发份的重量百分比≤1%,由废矿物油脱水后产出的干油与干油蒸发后产出的沥青质以1:1.2~1.5的重量比调配而成,本发明将废矿物油进一步处理后用于生产软化油,大大提高了废弃资源的综合利用能力,达到了保护环境,对固废进行了资源化、无害化有效利用;在防水卷材制备的过程中使用本发明所述的软化油作为溶剂,能够使沥青软化、膨胀,减弱分子间的作用力,在搅拌或研磨的作用下,沥青能够充分分散,形成网络交叉结构,明显改善防水卷材的抗老化和柔性性能。
