The invention discloses a bidirectional stirring pile which comprises an outer rotating pile provided with a mounting channel in the axial direction. The inner rotating pile, the outer rotating pile and the inner rotating pile are coaxially arranged; the slurry guide runner is arranged in the side walls of the outer rotating pile and the inner rotating pile; the driving mechanism is used for driving the rotating directions of the outer rotating pile and the inner rotating pile to be opposite; a plurality of rotating blades are respectively arranged on the outer side walls of the outer rotating pile and the inner rotating pile, and slurry outlet flow channels communicated with the slurry guide flow channels are formed in the rotating blades; the rotating blade comprises a fixed part and an extension part, the extension part is arranged at the end part of the fixed part, the extension part is in sliding fit with the fixed part, and a telescopic assembly for driving the extension part to move is arranged on the fixed part. In the application, the bidirectional stirring pile is provided with the rotating blades of which the rotating radius can be increased to form the expanded head, so that the formed cement pile is provided with the expanded head, the anti-pulling performance of the cement pile is improved, and the effect of improving the foundation strength is achieved.
