The invention discloses a mountainous area power transmission tower composite foundation which comprises pressure type anchor rods and combined steel pipe piles. The pressure type anchor rod comprises an unbonded anchor bar and a grouting body; the unbonded anchor bar comprises an isolation sleeve, a prestressed bar and a bearing plate, and the lower end of the isolation sleeve is located in the bed rock and fixedly connected with the bearing plate; the combined steel pipe pile comprises an inner steel pipe arranged outside the grouting body in a sleeving mode and an outer steel pipe arranged outside the upper end of the inner steel pipe in a sleeving mode. The pressure type anchor rod further comprises a mounting seat which is detachably connected to the upper end of the outer steel pipe and can be used for mounting a power transmission tower, and concrete is poured among the inner steel pipe, the mounting seat and the outer steel pipe. The prestressed tendons are tensioned, the upper ends and the lower ends of the prestressed tendons are locked on the mounting base and the bearing plate respectively, the upper end of the grouting body makes contact with the mounting base, and the bearing plate is embedded in the lower end of the grouting body. According to the mountainous area power transmission tower composite foundation and the construction method, the construction period can be shortened, and the anti-pulling performance can be improved.
