Single-pile vertical anti-pulling static load test device
The invention relates to a single-pile vertical anti-pulling static load test device which comprises a supporting device, a counter-force device is arranged above the supporting device, and a driving mechanism is arranged between the supporting device and the counter-force device. A connecting device is arranged below the supporting device, and the counter-force device is connected with the connecting device through a pull rod; the connecting device comprises a connecting base, a plurality of pull rod penetrating holes are formed in the upper side wall of the connecting base, a plurality of lug plates are arranged on the lower side wall of the connecting base in an array mode, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed between the adjacent lug plates, and test pile steel bars penetrate through the clamping grooves and then are connected to the upper surfaces of the lug plates. According to the device, a traditional anchor disc is modified into the annularly-arrayed lug plates, the clamping grooves allowing the reinforcing steel bars to penetrate through are formed between the lug plates, meanwhile, the clamping piece type anchorage device is adopted, the device can adapt to test piles with different sizes, different shapes and various reinforcing steel bar distribution forms, firm connection of the reinforcing steel bars can be rapidly completed, and the problem of stress balance is fully considered for assemblies of the device; the whole device is stressed on the same center shaft, and the success rate and the safety of the test are improved.
本发明涉及一种单桩竖向抗拔静载试验装置,包括支撑装置,支撑装置上方设置有反力装置,支撑装置与反力装置之间设置有驱动机构;支撑装置下方设置有连接装置,反力装置与连接装置通过拉杆连接;连接装置包括连接座,连接座的上部侧壁设置有若干拉杆穿孔,连接座的下部侧壁阵列布设有若干耳板,相邻耳板之间形成若干卡槽,试验桩钢筋穿过卡槽后连接于耳板上表面。该装置将传统锚盘改装为环形阵列的耳板,耳板之间形成若干供钢筋穿过的卡槽,同时采用夹片式锚具,可适应不同尺寸、不同形状、钢筋分布形态多样的试验桩快速完成钢筋的牢固连接,且该装置的组件充分考虑了受力均衡的问题,使装置整体受力在同一中轴,提升了试验的成功率和安全性。
