The invention discloses a large-tonnage single-pile anti-pulling static load test device which comprises a main beam, load loading devices are arranged on the two sides of the main beam, a pre-embedded type positioning traction structure is arranged in the middle of the main beam, the lower end of the pre-embedded type positioning traction structure is connected with a pile foundation structure, and the lower end of the pre-embedded type positioning traction structure is connected with the pile foundation structure. The upper end of the load loading device is connected with the fastening structure, and the load loading device drives the embedded positioning traction structure to ascend by driving the main beam to ascend. A large-tonnage single-pile anti-pulling static load test method comprises the steps that firstly, the using number, the anchoring length and the pre-buried depth of pre-buried type positioning traction structures are calculated; secondly, the embedded positioning traction structure is embedded into the pile foundation structure; and thirdly, a load is applied for testing. On one hand, the problem that load centering is not easy to control during installation is solved; on the other hand, the loading device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in practicability, capable of providing large-tonnage uplift loads, wide in application range and the like.
