Constraint pipe filling bamboo aggregate structure
A structure for filling a restraint pipe with bamboo aggregate comprises the restraint pipe, the bamboo aggregate and an adhesive, the interior of a cavity of the restraint pipe is hollow, the bamboo aggregate is blocky particles which are formed by sectioning raw bamboo and have the length-diameter ratio of 1-3 and the size of 2-30 mm, the bamboo aggregate is pre-soaked in the adhesive in advance, then the bamboo aggregate soaked in the adhesive is compacted and filled in the cavity of the restraint pipe after being subjected to pressurization treatment, and the restraint pipe is made of the bamboo aggregate. And the densely filled bamboo aggregate is flush with the top surface of the constraint pipe. Renewable and sustainable bamboo wood is sectioned into novel bamboo aggregate to replace concrete to serve as a building raw material to be filled in the constraint pipe, the concrete consumption is saved, cost is low, environment friendliness is achieved, and the utilization rate of the bamboo wood is increased; and the structure is light in dead weight, good in heat preservation performance, good in deformation performance, high in bearing capacity, good in rigidity, good in ductility, excellent in anti-seismic performance and good in corrosion resistance.
一种约束管填充竹骨料结构,包括约束管、竹骨料和胶黏剂,约束管的腔体内部为空心,竹骨料为原竹剖切成的长径比为1~3、尺寸为2mm~30mm的块状颗粒,将竹骨料提前预浸泡胶黏剂,再将浸渍胶黏剂的竹骨料经加压处理后密实填充于约束管的腔体,密实填充的竹骨料与约束管的顶面齐平。本发明以可再生可持续的竹材剖切成新型竹骨料取代混凝土作为建筑原材料填充于约束管材,不仅节省混凝土用量、成本低、绿色环保、提高了竹材的利用率,且此结构自重轻、保温性能好、变形性能好、承载能力较强、刚度好、延性好、抗震性能优良、耐腐蚀性能好。
