本发明提供了大跨度非对称空间网壳结构安装施工方法,包括如下步骤:支撑钢柱的安装、钢柱上部一级铸钢节点的定位安装、树杈柱的安装、二级铸钢节点的定位安装、树杈柱上部二级树杈柱的安装、钢制节点的安装、屋面毂节点的定位、屋面钢梁的焊接安装、封边钢梁的安装以及其他附属构件的安装。本发明通过采用地面作业区毂节点小单元拼装,空中吊装焊接的方式,较传统钢结构的散装焊接:减小了操作难度,加快了施工进度,有效的解决了钢结构吊装过程中由于钢构件过多产生的拼装及焊接精度问题,减少了施工过程中安全隐患等优势。
