The invention provides a construction method for a large-span reticulated shell structure. The construction method comprises the steps that a prefabricated middle section reticulated shell, a first side span reticulated shell and a second side span reticulated shell are hoisted to corresponding preset positions, wherein the first side span reticulated shell and the second side span reticulated shell are located on the two sides of the middle section reticulated shell; the two sides of the middle section reticulated shell are in butt joint and connected with the first side span reticulated shell and the second side span reticulated shell correspondingly; the middle section reticulated shell, the first side span reticulated shell and the second side span reticulated shell are synchronously and preliminarily unloaded; and the middle section reticulated shell, the first side span reticulated shell and the second side span reticulated shell are precisely unloaded in a staged mode, inspection is conducted, and therefore construction of the large-span reticulated shell structure is completed. According to the construction method of the large-span reticulated shell structure, the problems that an existing unloading method of the large-span reticulated shell structure is low in precision and has safety risks can be solved.
