The steel plate comprises a cover plate (1), H steel (2), a bottom plate (3), a stiffening plate (4), a shear-resistant stud (5) and a chemical anchor bolt (6), the H steel (2) is arranged between the cover plate (1) and the bottom plate (3); the stiffening plate (4) is arranged on the inner side of the bottom plate (3); the shear-resistant studs (5) are arranged on the H steel (2); and the chemical anchor bolt (6) is arranged on the cover plate (1).
