The telescopic plate can slide during operation of the second air cylinder, the hole expanding caliber of the hole expanding head can be adjusted through sliding of the telescopic plate, hole expanding operation is conducted according to work requirements, hole expanding equipment does not need to be switched to conduct hole expanding work independently, and therefore the hole expanding construction efficiency of the bridge pile foundation is improved.
