Heat-insulation and heat-resistant shotcrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses heat-insulation and heat-resistant sprayed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation and heat resistance type sprayed concrete is composed of cement, modified silica mortar, modified thermal insulation ceramsite, fine aggregate, water, an additive, an accelerator and the like. According to the invention, the high-strength shale ceramsite subjected to surface modification by using hydrogel is introduced as a heat insulation filler, so that the dispersion stability of the lightweight aggregate in slurry is greatly improved, and the lightweight aggregate has relatively strong water absorption and slow release capability and a surface sealing function, and can play roles in pore heat insulation and water storage and release internal maintenance in a high-ground-temperature environment; the modified silicon mortar capable of effectively improving the high-temperature stability and compactness of a slurry hydration product is supplemented, so that the homogeneity of a mixture of the sprayed concrete, the heat insulation performance of a hardened body and the strength development and durability under the high-temperature condition are comprehensively improved, and the temperature of a tunnel cavity can be effectively improved; the service life of the sprayed concrete under a high-temperature condition is prolonged. The thermal-insulation heat-resistant shotcrete technology is clear in action mechanism, simple in production process, excellent in performance and suitable for large-scale production, and has important significance on high-quality construction of underground engineering such as tunnels and mines in a high-ground-temperature environment and a high-temperature water bursting environment.
