The invention discloses a ceramic component gradient modified C/C composite material component as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of carbon materials. The method comprises the following steps: processing a C/C composite material into a component with a specific shape; pressing the ceramic infiltration powder into a ceramic chip; the preparation method comprises the following steps: placing a ceramic wafer at a specified position of a component, placing the ceramic wafer and the component in a selectively perforated graphite mold, vacuumizing to 0.1-500Pa, and then keeping the temperature at 1200-2100 DEG C for 0.5-10h in an inert atmosphere to obtain the ceramic component gradient modified C/C composite material component. According to the method, one-step efficient preparation of the ceramic component gradient modified C/C composite material component is realized by optimizing a reactive melt infiltration (RMI) process.
