Cleaning agent for photocuring 3D printing ceramic biscuit and use method of cleaning agent
The invention relates to a cleaning agent for a photocuring 3D printing ceramic biscuit and a use method of the cleaning agent. According to the mainly adopted technical scheme, the cleaning agent is used for cleaning away residual ceramic slurry on a photocuring 3D printing ceramic biscuit, and the cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of a surfactant, 30-35 parts of a diluent, 1-5 parts of a dissociation agent and 20-30 parts of a surface cleaning agent; wherein the dissociation agent is selected from one or more of alkyl ammonium salt BYK-9076 of a high molecular weight copolymer, a copolymer solution BYK-111 containing an acidic group and alkyl hydroxyl ammonium salt BYK-180 of a copolymer containing an acidic group. The cleaning device is mainly used for achieving the efficient and stable cleaning effect on the residual slurry on the surface of the photocuring 3D printing complex-structure ceramic biscuit.
本发明是关于一种光固化3D打印陶瓷素坯用清洗剂及其使用方法。主要采用的技术方案为:所述清洗剂用于将光固化3D打印陶瓷素坯上残余的陶瓷浆料清洗掉,其中,所述清洗剂包括以下重量份组分:表面活性剂35~40重量份,稀释剂30~35重量份,解离剂1~5重量份,表面光洁剂20~30重量份;其中,所述解离剂选用高分子量共聚物的烷基铵盐BYK‑9076、含酸性基团的共聚物溶液BYK‑111、含酸性基团共聚物的烷羟基铵盐BYK‑180中的一种或几种。本发明主要用于对光固化3D打印复杂结构陶瓷素坯表面的残留浆料实现高效和稳定的清洗效果。
