Grooves of the two pieces of side C-shaped steel and the two pieces of C-shaped transverse stabilizing plates all face the interior of the square frame structure; the invention further designs a manufacturing method of the assembly type steel structure prefabricated floor slab layer. The two pieces of C-shaped steel are spliced through the reinforcing connecting piece to form the I-shaped steel, a stringer for installing a floor slab can be replaced, and the expenditure for producing the stringer for installing the floor slab is greatly saved; the filler used in the invention has good heat resistance and heat insulation performance, is not easy to agglomerate and weathered, and greatly prolongs the service life.
