The invention relates to a floor sound insulation and heat preservation system which comprises a reinforced concrete floor structural layer, a YTS recycled aggregate sound insulation and heat preservation layer is laid on the reinforced concrete floor structural layer, a YTS recycled lightweight aggregate concrete protection layer is laid on the YTS recycled aggregate sound insulation and heat preservation layer, and a surface layer is laid on the YTS recycled lightweight aggregate concrete layer. The YTS recycled aggregate sound insulation and heat preservation mixture serves as the heat insulation and sound insulation layer, the heat insulation and sound insulation effects are achieved, meanwhile, the function of a flexible combination layer is achieved, the reinforced concrete floor slab structure layer and the YTS recycled lightweight aggregate concrete protection layer are organically combined, cracking and breaking are avoided, and high impact resistance and compressive strength are provided. The YTS recycled lightweight aggregate concrete is used as a protective layer, and the mass of the YTS recycled lightweight aggregate concrete is only less than half of that of traditional fine stone concrete, so that the load of the floor can be reduced to the maximum extent, and cracking is avoided.
