Light and thin masonry reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a light and thin masonry reinforcing structure which comprises a mortar inner layer and a mortar surface layer which are sequentially arranged on the surface of a masonry, and a steel plate net embedded in the mortar inner layer. The steel screen is provided with steel nails which are fixedly connected with the mortar inner layer and the masonry; the total thickness of the mortar inner layer, the steel screen and the mortar surface layer is 10-30 mm. Compared with a traditional reinforced concrete surface layer reinforcing structure and a reinforcing mesh cement mortar surface layer reinforcing structure, the masonry reinforcing structure is simple in structure, convenient to construct and low in manufacturing cost, and reinforcing can be completed without erecting a scaffold and additionally arranging a formwork for pouring surface layer concrete or mortar. Moreover, the reinforcing structure is made of an inorganic material, is not limited by the service life, is light in weight, greatly reduces the thickness of a reinforcing surface layer, has small influence on an original building, provides a feasible building reinforcing and transforming scheme, and particularly has important significance for reinforcing historical buildings and cultural relic buildings.
本发明公开了一种轻薄型砌体加固结构,依次设于砌体表面的砂浆内层和砂浆面层,以及嵌入砂浆内层的钢板网;所述钢板网设有钢钉与砂浆内层和砌体固定连接;所述砂浆内层、钢板网和砂浆面层的总厚度为10‑30mm。本发明中砌体加固结构相较于传统的钢筋混凝土面层加固及钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固结构而言结构简单,施工方便,造价成本低,无需搭设脚手架和另外设置模板用于浇筑面层混凝土或砂浆即可完成加固。而且,该加固结构为无机材料,无使用年限的限制,质量轻便,加固面层厚度极大程度缩减,对原有建筑影响小,提供了一种切实可行的建筑加固改造方案,尤其对历史建筑和文物建筑的加固有着重要意义。
