The number of the traction areas is at least two, the parking frames are arranged around the corresponding traction areas, each traction area comprises a lifting platform, a plurality of dispatching platforms, a first lifting assembly and a second lifting assembly, the first lifting assemblies are used for controlling the lifting platforms to ascend and descend in the traction areas, and the second lifting assemblies are used for controlling the dispatching platforms to ascend and descend in the traction areas. When the vehicle access amount of a certain traction area is increased sharply, the scheduling platform can be started and serves as a connection channel, the vehicles in the parking area controlled by the busy traction area are transferred to the idle traction area, vehicle access scheduling is completed, the access pressure of the busy traction area is reduced, and the overall vehicle access efficiency of the garage is improved.
