The invention relates to the technical field of pile forming construction, and discloses a deep and thick rock-filled layer cast-in-place pile dual-power down-the-hole hammer casing-following drilling construction structure which comprises a down-the-hole hammer drilling machine, an operation platform installed at the top of a steel sleeve and a hopper installed on the operation platform and used for pouring concrete into a pile hole to form a pile body. The down-the-hole hammer drilling machine is provided with a drill rod, an inner through hole is formed in the drill rod, a down-the-hole hammer is arranged at the bottom of the drill rod, the drill rod is sleeved with a steel sleeve, and a slag discharging channel is formed between the steel sleeve and the drill rod. The inner through hole is connected with an air compressor through an air inlet pipe, and the air compressor injects high-pressure air into the inner through hole to drive the down-the-hole hammer to vibrate. The drill rod is connected with the inner side power head, the sleeve is connected with the outer side power head, and in the process of drilling in a soil layer, the outer side power head drives the steel sleeve to drill in advance, and the down-the-hole hammer drills along with the sleeve; in the drilling process of the rock-filled layer, the inner side power head drives the down-the-hole hammer to drill in advance, and the steel sleeve drills along with the pipe and abuts against the rock stratum; in the rock stratum drilling process, the down-the-hole hammer drills independently.
