The invention discloses a novel water reducing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring an unsaturated polyether macromonomer solution into a reaction kettle, adding an oxidizing agent under the condition of 50-60 DEG C, stirring, simultaneously dropwise adding an unsaturated carboxylic acid micromonomer solution and a mixed solution of a reducing agent and a chain transfer agent into the reaction kettle, stirring, keeping the temperature, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mother solution; and adding a lignin solution into the mother liquor, and adjusting the pH value of the materials in the reaction kettle to 11-12 to obtain the novel water reducer. By adopting the novel water reducing agent, the influence of the residual flocculant in the machine-made sand on the performance of the concrete can be improved.
本发明公开了一种新型减水剂及其制备方法和应用。制备方法包括:将不饱和聚醚大单体溶液倒入反应釜中,在50℃~60℃条件下加入氧化剂并搅拌,向反应釜内同时滴加不饱和羧酸小单体溶液和还原剂与链转移剂的混合溶液并搅拌,保温后冷却至室温,得到母液;向所述母液中加入木质素溶液,调节反应釜内物料的pH为11~12,得到所述新型减水剂。采用本发明新型减水剂可以改善机制砂中残留絮凝剂对混凝土性能的影响。
