The invention discloses a recyclable overwater bridge engineering construction method which comprises the following steps that a lower structure is integrally hoisted into water, and the lower structure sinks through self weight and negative pressure; the adjacent lower structures are connected; the bridge body is connected with a lower structure; and mounting and connecting the bridge deck with the bridge body. The construction mode of a conventional bridge pile foundation is changed, a conventional pile driving mode is not adopted, use of pile driving machines such as a pile driving barge is reduced, noise pollution of pile driving is avoided, and the engineering cost of ship machine equipment and the like is reduced. And meanwhile, rapid erection or disassembly of the overwater bridge is achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and a foundation is provided for cyclic utilization of the bridge structure. In addition, through overall cyclic utilization of the bridge, carbon emission and damage to the environment are reduced. In addition, the modular construction method adopted by the invention can realize accurate connection of the upper and lower structures of the bridge.
