The invention relates to a drainage chute bottom plate partitioned negative pressure drainage structure and a construction method, the drainage structure comprises a drainage chute and at least one drainage unit arranged in the length direction of the drainage chute, and the drainage chute comprises a drainage chute bottom plate and a drainage chute side wall; the drainage unit comprises longitudinal drainage grooves, a plurality of transverse drainage grooves, a plurality of longitudinal foundation drainage holes, a plurality of transverse foundation drainage holes and drainage steel pipes, and the longitudinal drainage grooves are located in the two sides of the discharge chute bottom plate and extend in the length direction of the discharge chute bottom plate; the two ends of each transverse drainage groove communicate with the longitudinal drainage grooves in the two sides of the drainage groove bottom plate correspondingly, and the multiple transverse drainage grooves are arranged in the length direction of the drainage groove bottom plate at intervals. The longitudinal foundation drainage holes are formed in the longitudinal drainage grooves and extend in the horizontal direction. The transverse foundation drainage holes are formed in the transverse drainage grooves and extend in the horizontal direction. The drainage steel pipe is located at the downstream tail end of the drainage unit and communicated with the longitudinal drainage groove and the step face of the drainage groove bottom plate. The discharge chute drainage structure can form negative pressure drainage, and the drainage effect is improved.
