On the premise that normal excavation and support of the tunnel are not affected, the construction period and the labor cost can be saved, a hard arc-shaped protection shell can be formed on the arch portion of the tunnel and above the arch portion of the tunnel through accurate control over the grouting pipe and design of the mix proportion of grouting liquid, and then the safety of primary support of tunnel excavation can be guaranteed.
