Comprising a plurality of pipe sets which are stacked in an inverted trapezoid shape, each pipe set comprises a plurality of tubular materials which are arranged side by side, gaps among the tubular materials are filled with backfill soil, geogrids are arranged among the pipe sets, and a gravel leveling layer is laid on the geogrid on the uppermost layer. The construction method comprises the steps that a load shedding area and a non-load shedding area are divided and backfilled, the non-load shedding area is backfilled with soil-rock mixed filler, and the load shedding area is backfilled with a load shedding filling treatment structure; wherein the step of backfilling the deloading area comprises the following steps: paving broken stones, paving a tubular material, filling the broken stones, paving a geogrid and paving a broken stone leveling layer. The tubular material is adopted to replace backfill soil, the load reduction effect is obvious, the manufacturing cost is low, the structural strength is high, and the purposes of load reduction and filler strength improvement are achieved to the maximum extent.
本发明涉及一种减载填方处理结构及其施工方法,属于岩土工程领域。包括呈倒梯形层叠设置的若干个管材组,每个管材组包括若干根并排设置的管状材料,管状材料之间的空隙填充回填土,管材组之间设置土工格栅,最上层土工格栅上铺设碎石调平层。施工方法包括:划分减载区和非减载区、分别进行回填,非减载区回填土石混合填料,减载区用减载填方处理结构回填;其中减载区回填步骤为:铺设碎石、铺设管状材料、碎石填充、铺设土工格栅、铺设碎石调平层。本发明采用管状材料替代回填土,减载效果明显,造价成本低,结构强度高,最大程度实现减载并提高填料强度的目的。
