The invention discloses a house jacking method and device, and the method comprises the steps: chiseling a concave hole at the joint of a ground beam and a bearing column according to the positions of the ground beam and the bearing column; reinforcing piles are arranged at the bottoms of the joints of the ground beams and the bearing columns; a counter-force bearing platform is arranged on the reinforcing piles, a counter-force frame is arranged on the counter-force bearing platform, and the reinforcing piles are driven into the soil body through the anchor rod static pressure piles; after construction of the reinforcing pile is completed, a jack is installed on the counter-force bearing platform; a hollow cross beam penetrates through the concave hole and is arranged above the jack; the ground beam is wrapped by a rope body, and the two ends of the rope body are fixed to the hollow cross beam; and a plurality of monitoring points and plumb points are arranged on the periphery of the house, synchronous circulation jacking is conducted, and the house is jacked to the height of each stage.
