The invention discloses a compound box type wash basin which comprises a left water tank (1-1) and a right water tank (1-2), wherein the water tank (1) is divided into the left water tank (1-1) and the right water tank (1-2) by a partition plate (2); the left water tank (1-1) is used for rinsing the mouth, and the right water tank (1-2) is used for washing the face; and the water in the second water tank cannot circulate after being separated, so that the mouthwash cannot enter the right water tank (1-2) for washing the face, and germs in the mouthwash cannot infect a human body.
