The cable-stayed rib structures are arranged in the ends of the square steel pipes, the combination effect between the square steel pipes and the concrete filled in the square steel pipes can be improved, expansion deformation caused by concrete pouring is limited, the cable-stayed rib structures and the square steel pipes can bear vertical loads together, and the buckling degree of the square steel pipes can be delayed to a certain degree; furthermore, the ductility of the concrete-filled steel tube column additionally provided with the cable-stayed rib structure under the large axial compression ratio can also be greatly improved.
本发明公开一种端部带斜拉肋方钢管混凝土柱的加固系统,包括方形钢管,方形钢管的一端内部设置斜拉肋结构,方形钢管内的斜拉肋结构与其焊接,斜拉肋结构包括限位框,限位框分别位于方形钢管四壁内侧的中心位置,限位框的侧壁焊接在方形钢管的内壁上,相邻的两个限位框之间均设有连接板,连接板与限位框之间插接固定。本发明中方形钢管的端部内设置斜拉肋结构,其能提高方形钢管和其内填混凝土间的组合效应,限制浇筑混凝土引起的膨胀变形,可以跟方形钢管一起承受竖向荷载,也可以一定程度上延缓方形钢管的屈曲程度,进而提高钢管混凝土柱的承载力,且大轴压比下加了斜拉肋结构的钢管混凝土柱的延性也可得到很大的提升。
