The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a corridor electrolytic steel plate and wall body mounting and reinforcing device which comprises a wall body and a keel frame assembly which is arranged on the front face of the wall body and can be mounted on the front face of the wall body through bolts. The upper hanging assembly and the lower hanging assembly are arranged between the inner sides of the front ends of the keel frame assemblies; and the calcium silicate plate is mounted at the front ends of the upper hanging assembly and the lower hanging assembly. By arranging a piston rod, a ventilation groove and an ejector rod, when an electrolytic steel plate is attached to the front face of a calcium silicate plate, the back face makes contact with the front face of a piston piece, then the electrolytic steel plate can be slowly attached forwards, meanwhile, the calcium silicate plate can deviate, and the ejector rod drives a circular plate backwards to make contact with sealing of the ventilation groove conveniently; and finally, gas in the piston cylinder can be exhausted through the piston cylinder, so that the piston rod can smoothly move backwards, the electrolytic steel plate can be smoothly attached to the calcium silicate plate, and glue can be uniformly adhered through inclined attachment of the calcium silicate plate and the electrolytic steel plate.
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,且公开了一种走廊电解钢板与墙体安装加固装置,包括墙体,龙骨架组件,其设置于墙体的正面可螺栓将其安装在墙体的正面;上挂组件、下挂组件,其设置于龙骨架组件前端的内侧之间;硅酸钙板,其安装于上挂组件和下挂组件的前端。本发明通过设置活塞杆、通风槽和顶杆,再对电解钢板贴合硅酸钙板正面时,使得背面与活塞件正面接触,随后可缓慢电解钢板向前贴合,同时硅酸钙板也会发生偏移,使得顶杆向后带动圆板和向后,以便接触对通风槽的密封,最后活塞筒气体可通过其排出,从而使得活塞杆可顺利的向后,进而使得电解钢板顺利的与硅酸钙板发生贴合,通过硅酸钙板和电解钢板倾斜贴合可将胶水均匀的进行粘连。
