The invention relates to the technical field of paint coating, and discloses a novel environment-friendly epoxy floor paint composite coating structure, the coating structure comprises a fast curing mortar layer, an environment-friendly polyurethane finish paint and a coating layer, and the coating structure further comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting target ground soil information and judging the hardness value of the target ground soil; 2, if the hardness value is larger than or equal to 30 MPA, the next step is executed, and if the hardness value is smaller than or equal to 30 MPA, rapid curing mortar is sprayed to the target bottom face; step 3, leveling the ground; fourthly, a bottom layer is prepared, after the target ground is leveled and reaches the standard, rapid curing mortar continues to be sprayed, spraying is stopped when the thickness reaches 6-8 mm, and the bottom layer is formed after solidification; fifthly, after the bottom layer is formed, environment-friendly polyurethane finish paint is continuously sprayed to the surface of the bottom layer, the thickness ranges from 2 mm to 3 mm, and a drying agent is added for drying the bottom layer; and 6, spraying the coating layer on the surface of the environment-friendly polyurethane finish paint again, and drying to obtain the coating structure.
