The invention discloses a stability maintaining device and method for a water pipe containing a curing agent, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical equipment. The water pipe is placed on a water pipe fixing frame, the position of a water inlet pipe is fixed, meanwhile, the curing agent is permeated into a soil permeation layer through permeation holes in a curing agent containing layer, and soil in the soil permeation layer is hardened; meanwhile, by means of the permeation principle, soil with the high concentration can flow to the place with the low concentration, and the hardening effect on the soil on the water pipe fixing frame is achieved; meanwhile, the defects caused by the weathering effect are weakened; according to the stability maintaining method for the water pipe containing the curing agent, during construction, complex operation is not needed, only the water pipe fixing frame needs to be placed into the dug water pipe pre-burying groove, then soil blocks are transferred into a soil permeation layer, the positions of all the assemblies are adjusted, and the water pipe is buried; the soil around the water inlet pipe is fixed on the whole, and the stability of the water inlet pipe is improved.
