METHOD OF MAINTAINING SOIL STRENGTH AND STABILITY
A method of maintaining soil strength and stability involves positioning a sheet of soil stabilization and strengthening material (12, 12A) on a selected area where the strengthening and stabilization of the soil is desired. The sheet of soil stabilization and strengthening material (12, 12A) includes a fabric layer (14, 14A) that forms a base of the soil stabilization and strengthening material. The lower surface of the fabric layer (14, 14A) is positioned against and engages the selected area. A moisture impervious layer (16, 16A, 16B) is coupled to the upper surface of the fabric layer (14, 14A). A particulate aggregate material (18, 18A, 18B) is embedded in the moisture impervious layer (16, 16A, 16B).
Un procédé de maintien de la résistance et de la stabilité du sol entraîne le placement d'une feuille de matériau de stabilisation et de renforcement du sol (12, 12A) sur une zone sélectionnée où le renforcement et la stabilisation du sol sont souhaités.
