By compounding the glass powder and quartz, the prepared LTCC substrate has excellent performance of low dielectric constant, low loss and high expansion, the matching degree is high after the LTCC substrate is co-fired with Cu, and the problem of thermomechanical mismatch caused by co-firing of an existing LTCC substrate and Cu can be avoided.
