Ultrahigh pressure water jet precast slab ballast bed self-compacting concrete crushing method
The invention relates to the technical field of urban rail transit engineering, in particular to an ultrahigh-pressure water jet precast slab ballast bed self-compacting concrete crushing method which comprises a high-pressure water pump, a handheld water gun and a water tank. The crushing method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, pressurizing water by adopting an ultrahigh-pressure pump to achieve the pressure for breaking concrete; s2, forcible entry parameters are controlled through a control mechanism for forcible entry; s3, selective and accurate forcible entry is carried out according to the concrete disease position; s4, detecting a forcible entry result: after the self-compacting concrete is crushed, detecting whether the forcible entry is qualified or not by utilizing a micro detection head; and S5, re-pouring is conducted, and when concrete is poured after forcible entry, concrete is injected from the precast slab ballast bed pouring holes. Compared with the prior art, the crusher has the advantage that the crushing depth and range can be accurately controlled. Dust and vibration are completely avoided in the hydraulic crushing process, the noise is low, used wastewater can be recycled and purified in time through a sewage treater, and environmental friendliness is achieved. And the rapid construction requirement is met.
