Three-dimensional geogrid and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a three-dimensional geogrid and a preparation method thereof. The three-dimensional geogrid comprises two two-dimensional geogrids and connecting support pieces, the connecting supporting piece comprises a plurality of supporting columns, a circular cover plate, a first circular bottom plate connected to the upper ends of the supporting columns and a second circular bottom plate connected to the lower ends of the supporting columns. The first circular bottom plate, the second circular bottom plate and the supporting column form a first assembly or a second assembly. A plurality of through holes are formed in the first circular bottom plate and/or the second circular bottom plate; the lower surface of the circular cover plate is provided with a plurality of bulges; the preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, the first layer of two-dimensional geogrid is laid, the first assembly or the second assembly is arranged on the first layer of two-dimensional geogrid, then the second layer of two-dimensional geogrid is laid, and finally the third assembly is inserted into the corresponding through hole to prepare the three-dimensional geogrid. The preparation method is simple, mounting and dismounting are easy and convenient, flexibility is greatly improved, and the prepared product is good in bearing performance and not prone to damage.
