The invention relates to a geogrid composite material and a preparation method thereof.The manufactured composite material comprises mixed fiber yarn and alkali-resistant coating layers, the mixed fiber yarn is formed by mixing basalt fiber yarn with glass fiber yarn in a certain proportion, the alkali-resistant coating layers comprise the first alkali-resistant coating layer and the second alkali-resistant coating layer, and the first alkali-resistant coating layer and the second alkali-resistant coating layer are arranged on the surface of the first alkali-resistant coating layer. The outer surface of the glass fiber yarn is coated with the first alkali-resistant coating layer, the outer surface of the mixed fiber yarn is coated with the second alkali-resistant coating layer, and the first alkali-resistant coating layer and the second alkali-resistant coating layer both contain inorganic compound alkali-resistant particles. According to the invention, the glass fiber is firstly dip-coated with the alkali-resistant coating layer, and then the mixed fiber is wholly dip-coated with the alkali-resistant coating layer, so that the advanced corrosion tendency of the geotechnical product caused by alkali resistance difference between the basalt fiber and the glass fiber is reduced, and by reasonably controlling the use amount of the glass fiber and optimizing the concentration of acting particles (zirconium oxide) in the immersion liquid, the comprehensive performance of the geotechnical product is improved. And the high-quality and low-cost geogrid composite material is obtained.
本发明涉及一种土工格栅复合材料及其制备方法,所制作的复合材料包括混合纤维丝和耐碱涂覆层,所述混合纤维丝是在玄武岩纤维丝中掺加一定比例的玻璃纤维丝混编而成,所述耐碱涂覆层包括第一耐碱涂覆层和第二耐碱涂覆层,所述第一耐碱涂覆层涂覆在所述玻璃纤维丝外表面,所述第二耐碱涂层涂覆在所述混合纤维丝外表面,所述第一耐碱涂覆层和第二耐碱涂覆层中均含有无机化合物耐碱粒子。本发明通过先期对玻璃纤维先浸涂耐碱涂覆层,再对混合纤维整体浸涂耐碱涂覆层,减少了因玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维耐碱性差异给土工制品带来的提前腐蚀倾向,通过合理控制玻璃纤维用量以及优化浸液中作用粒子(氧化锆)的浓度,获得优质且低成本的土工格栅复合材料。
