The invention discloses a hole site self-searching type base slurry cushion plate horizontal installation construction system and a construction method thereof. The system comprises a tracking walking unit, a system leveling unit, a main body rotating unit, a hole site detection unit, a suspension installation unit, a deviation rectifying suspension unit, a plate site locking unit and a cushion plate supply unit. A walking track line is preset in a construction site, a motion system moves automatically along the track line, on the basis, hole site installation information is captured by combining a visual method, and a main body rotating unit, a suspension installation unit and a deviation correction suspension unit are matched to complete normal-position placement of a seat mortar base plate; according to the hovering type seat mortar base plate mounting device, memory and locking of the normal position and posture of a seat mortar base plate are independently completed, the device can be directly separated from a main body system after the posture is locked, and the invalid step that a traditional hovering type seat mortar base plate mounting device can release the seat mortar base plate after concrete is initially set is omitted; and the automation degree of the system is improved.
本发明公开了一种孔位自寻式座浆垫板平位安装施工系统及其施工方法，系统包括：循迹行走单元、系统调平单元、主体旋转单元、孔位检测单元、悬吊安装单元、纠偏悬置单元、板位锁定单元、垫板补给单元；通过在施工场地内预设行走轨迹线，使运动系统追踪轨迹线自行移动，在此基础上，通过结合视觉方法抓捕孔位安装信息，并配合主体旋转单元、悬吊安装单元、纠偏悬置单元完成了座浆垫板正位放置，此外通过板位锁定单元，独立完成了座浆垫板正位位姿的记忆与锁定，并可在位姿锁定后直接脱离主体系统，省去了传统悬停式座浆垫板安装装置需等待混凝土初凝后才能释放座浆垫板的无效步骤，同时通过在主体系统中内设垫板存取功能，提高了系统的自动化程度。
